摘要
针对国内在用的SIL证书种类繁杂,在使用中暴露出很多错误和误导的问题,介绍了评估硬件故障裕度时的常见问题和误区,以及评估硬件故障裕度的两种新方案路径1H和路径2H,对比分析两种新方案评估特点并进行了应用验证.结果表明:路径1H的硬件容错方法在流程领域中一般并不适用,路径2H评估过程则较为简单实用.
Aiming at the problem of a wide variety of SIL certificates in service,and many errors.and misleading exposed in the usage in China,the common problems and misunderstandings are depicted in evaluating hardware fault tolerance,and two new routes of route 1H&.2H in evaluating hardware fault tolerance are introduced.The evaluation characteristics of the two new schemes are compared with application verification.The results show that hardware fault tolerant method of route 1H is generally not applicable in the process area,while evaluation process of route 2H is relatively simple and easy-to-use.
