摘要
以智能工厂的主要应用为主线,介绍了智能工厂的特征和信息架构.通过开展对智能工厂各专业设计要素的研究,搭建基础数据源,获得足够的公艺数据、设备运维数据、安全环保数据;以数字化设计为基础,完成工艺模型和工厂三维模型,交付数字化的可继承和重复应用的模型和数据,为智能工厂建设提供设计依据.
Taking the main applications of smart plant as basis,the characteristics and information architecture of smart plant is introduced.Through the research on various major design elements of the smart plant,the basic data source is established to obtain sufficient process data,equipment operation and maintenance data,safety and environmental protection data.Based on digital design,process model and factory 3D model are completed to deliver digital inheritable and repeated application model and data.design basis for the construction of smart plant is provided.
