区块链与实体经济融合是新基建时代数字经济高质量发展的重要方向与有效抓手。结合区块链技术应用升级的三个阶段,从产业重构与升级视角分析区块链与实体经济深度融合的微观机制、宏观形态、效益风险。以有形组织形态为核心的区块链商业模式与无形价值交换为核心的区块链价值的两条思路交织,突破互联网+平台商业模式升级为区块链+分布商业模式,通过底层的基础框架、中间层的融合机制和上层的程序路径三维螺旋模型实现区块链与实体经济深度融合的微观重构。结合区块链自身产业、推广产业以及空间应用三个方面来阐述区块链与实体经济融合的宏观形态表现,深入剖析深度融合的潜在效益与风险,提出产业模式、链式构建、空间拓展、风险安全、人才支撑五方面建议。

The integration of blockchain and the real economy is an important direction and an effective starting point for the high-quality development of the digital economy in the new infrastructure era.Combining the three stages of blockchain technology application upgrade,the paper analyzes the micro-mechanism,macro-morphology and benefit risks of the deep integration of blockchain and real economy from the perspective of industrial reconstruction and upgrading.According to the two intertwined ideas of blockchain business model with tangible organization as the core and blockchain value as the core of intangible value exchange,it realizes the micro-reconstruction of the deep integration of the blockchain and the real economy through the three-dimensional spiral model of the underlying basic framework,middle-level fusion mechanism and upper-level program path by breaking the Internet+platform business model and upgrading to blockchain+distributed business mode.It explains the macro-morphological performance of the blockchain and the real economy from the three aspects of the blockchain’s own industry,promotion industry and space application.After in-depth analysis of the potential benefits and risks in the process of deep integration,it proposes five recommendations from the industrial model,chain construction,space expansion,risk safety,talent support.
