长三角区域“人工智能+法治”深度合作研究

“Artificial Intelligence + Law and Order”Deeply Cooperation andResearch in Yangtze River Delta Area

在人工智能技术的运用下,长三角区域内各司法系统与企业联手,建立自助终端诉讼服务智能体系、智能分案系统与智能文书生成系统等,有效缓解司法系统“案多人少”、办案周期长、适法不统一等法治建设难题,保障司法公正,提高司法效率。但现阶段,人工智能的法治推动作用还十分有限,因此,审慎观察和分析人工智能语境下区域法治建设的动向,发挥人工智能科技优势,直面“人工智能+法治”深度合作存在的障碍,探索解决对策,弥补技术局限,对长三角法治一体化建设尤为重要。

Within the support of artificial intelligence technology,judicial systems in Yangtze river delta area cooperated with enterprises and established self-service terminal litigation service intelligent system,intelligent classified cases system and intelligent document generation system and so on,which relieved effectively the situation of judicial system“many cases dealt by few official people”,long period of handling cases and unified law of adaption and other judicial construction problems,to guarantee the fair justice and enhance the effectiveness of justice.But at the present stage,the judicial promotion function for AI is very limited,therefore,it is especially important for observing and analyzing the constructed direction of law and order in regions within the language environment of AI and develop the AI’s advantage of science and technology,to meet the obstacles of“Artificial Intelligence+law and order”deeply cooperation,exploring the solutions,making up the technological limited and construction of the law and order integration in Yangtze river delta.
