某型液货船上层建筑设计方案

Superstructure Design Scheme for a Type of Liquid Cargo Ship

该液货船型是沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司(以下简称:沪东中华)首次建造,更是国内首次建造,因此很多方面的设计都无处参考。该船型的特点是上建面积狭小,仅是普通液货船的二分之一,为了满足船东对上建的需求,首先确定了舱室的合理布局,将每层甲板的功能明确化。其次积极征求其他专业的意见,最大程度上避免了上建布局中各专业间存在的相互干涉的问题。文章中的设计方案借鉴了国外该船型的成功经验,经过多次可行性验证和设计修改。在后续的建造过程中,该设计方案的合理性得到了验证。

Since this type of liquid cargo ship is built for the first time in our factory,and even the first time in China,there is no reference to many aspects of the design.The superstructure of the ship is small,which is only one half of that of an ordinary liquid cargo ship.In order to meet the shipowner’s needs for the superstructure,we first determined the reasonable layout of cabins and clarified the functions of each deck.Secondly,we actively solicited opinions from other professions,and to the greatest extent avoided the problem of mutual interference between different professions in the layout of the superstructure.The design scheme draws on the successful experience of the foreign countries.After several feasibility verifications and design modifications,it is finally highly recognized by the ship owner.In the subsequent construction process,the rationality of the design scheme was verified.At present,the ship has been successfully delivered to the shipowner and has been highly praised.
