摘要
液罐建造是VLGC大型液化气建造的重要环节,液罐结构完工后表面需敷设一种聚氨酯的发泡材料。绝缘施工过程对环境的温度、湿度都有要求,需要搭设专用的风雨棚用于绝缘施工。考虑液罐整罐吊装上船,绝缘施工的场地需在船坞大型龙门吊覆盖的范围内,需要占用核心总组场地,极大限制了液罐的并行建造。文章通过相关技术的研究,利用SPMT完成VLGC液罐整罐带绝缘驳运,打破绝缘施工的场地限制,实现液罐并行建造,大大提高了液罐建造效率,同时为液罐绝缘敷设在固定场地进行专业化生产奠定基础。
The construction of concentrated tank is an important part of VLGC large-scale liquefied gas construction.After the completion of tank structure,a form material of hydrogen-accumulating rain shall be laid on the surface.The process of insulation construction has requirements on temperature and humidity of the environment.Considering the tank lifting,insulation construction site covers a range of gantry cranes in the dock,covering the total set of core area,which greatly limits the parallel construction of tank.Through the technology research using the SPMT complete the type-A transport with insulation,it breaks the space limitation of insulation construction,realizing the tank construction of wave group,which improves the construction efficiency.At the same time,it lays a foundation for the fluid insulation in a fixed area to specialize production.
