摘要
为了能够简化FPSO复杂的设计流程,缩短施工周期,节约成本,对FPSO上部油、气处理模块设计及建造技术的标准化、系列化进行研究。采用工艺模拟和有限元等方法进行分析。简述了在设计中需注意的问题,为模块设计及报价提供借鉴和参考。
In order to simplify the complex design process of FPSO,shorten the construction period,cost savings,the standardization and serialization research of FPSO have been carried out about the design and construction of oil and gas processing module.The HYSYS and FEA are applied on the research.The paper summarizes the problems in design.It can provide reference for modular design and quotation.
