摘要
文章以《GB/T 19001—2016质量管理体系要求》标准(以下简称:标准)为基础,解读了第9章绩效评价与4.1、4.2、6.1等条款,以“确定和选择改进的机会”及“实施改进”为主线,分析了绩效评价工作的现状。着重阐述和讨论了关于顶层策划和有效落实组织的管理评审工作的部分观点,以期为组织相关工作提供有效的引导与启发。
Based of the standard“GB/T 19001—2016 Quality Management System Requirements”,the performance evaluation is interpreted and 4.1/4.2/6.1 in chapter 9 are claused.Based on the main line“determining and choosing improve opportunities”and“applying improvement”,some current situation of performance evaluation is analyzed.Some views on top-level planning and effective implementation of organizational management review are mainly expounded and discussed,in order to provide effective guidance and inspiration for the relevant work of the organization.
