热轧带钢精轧后段高碳高速钢轧辊的研究与应用

摘要 介绍了中钢邢机研制的高碳高速钢轧辊的技术指标、特性以及在热带连轧机精轧后段上的应用情况。试验证明,高碳高速钢轧辊兼具优良的耐磨性和抗事故性。上机使用时,在相同的轧制周期内,高碳高速钢辊环下机后表面质量好,磨损量及磨削量均大大低于传统的ICDP轧辊,已具备取代ICDP轧辊的能力。 The technical indicators and characteristics of the high-carbon high-speed steel roll as well as its application in the finishing stage of the hot strip continuous rolling mill have been introduced.Tests prove that high-carbon high-speed steel roll has both excellent wear resistance and accident resistance. When used on the machine, in the same rolling cycle, the surface quality of the high-carbon high-speed steel roll ring after being off the machine is good, and the amount of wear and grinding are much lower than the traditional ICDP roll, which has the ability to replace the ICDP roll.
