钢材预处理线的动态模拟监控系统

摘要 钢材预处理线采用可编程控制器PLC做全过程自动控制,通过上位机动态模拟监控系统对全线的工作状态和异常情况进行实时监控,实现工厂级生产过程资料共享,各故障点自动检测查找,对易损件等功能部件实现运行累计时,为及时更换备品备件提供有效的数据支持,确保设备的稳定运行。结果表明采用所提供的技术方案大大提高了设备的机电一体化水平,实现了机械设备数字化、可视化、智能化的跨越,适合大量推广应用。 The steel pretreatment line adopts programmable controller PLC for automatic control of the whole process, and real-time monitoring of the working status and abnormal conditions of the whole line have been monitored through the dynamic simulation monitoring system of the upper computer, realizing the sharing of factory-level production process data, and automatic detection of each fault point search,which provides effective data support for timely replacement of spare parts when the functional components such as wearing parts are accumulated in operation, and ensures the stable operation of the equipment. The results show that the use of the provided technical solution greatly improves the level of mechanical and electrical integration of the equipment, and realizes the leap of digital, visual and intelligent mechanical equipment, which is suitable for a large number of popularization and application.
