摘要 目的研究联合检测外周血T淋巴细胞及DNT细胞在恶性肿瘤早期诊断中的应用效果。方法方便选择该院2017年1月-2019年1月期间治疗的乳腺肿瘤、肠道肿瘤、肺肿瘤患者各40例,3组患者均分为良性、恶性组,观察所有患者外周血T淋巴细胞及DNT细胞,并分析早中晚与晚期患者上述指标。结果乳腺肿瘤恶性患者CD3+细胞(65.75±4.36)%、CD3+CD4+细胞(34.85±4.89)、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.05±0.32)均低于良性组(75.54±4.21)%、(43.42±5.21)%、(1.85±0.25),CD3+CD8+(28.85±4.21)%细胞高于良性组(24.42±4.25)%(t=7.174、5.355、8.657、-3.297,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.002),肠道肿瘤恶性患者CD3+细胞(70.47±5.05)%、CD3+CD4+细胞(34.85±2.10)%、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.05±0.16)均低于良性组(77.54±6.85%、(44.54±3.52)%、(1.65±0.21),CD3+CD8+细胞(35.46±1.85)%高于良性组(25.85±2.05)%(t=3.715、10.573、10.164、-15.564,P=0.001、0.000、0.000、0.000),肺肿瘤恶性患者CD3+细胞(66.85±5.21)%、CD3+CD4+细胞(36.85±3.65)%、CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.02±0.23)均低于良性组(74.45±5.85)%、(42.21±4.25)%、(1.71±0.25),CD3+CD8+细胞(28.54±2.54)%高于良性组(24.88±3.05)%(t=4.347、4.291、9.092、-4.138,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000),乳腺肿瘤组、肠道肿瘤组、肺肿瘤组恶性DNT细胞均高于良性患(P<0.05)。结论对于恶性肿瘤患者可实施外周血T淋巴细胞联合DNT细胞检测,良恶性之间存在一定差异,能够提高恶性肿瘤患者诊断准确率,确保患者及时诊断并治疗,值得应用。 Objective To study the effect of combined detection of peripheral blood T lymphocytes and DNT cells in the early diagnosis of malignant tumors.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,40 patients with breast cancer,intestinal cancer and lung cancer were convenient selected.All patients were divided into benign and malignant groups.The peripheral blood T-lymphocytes and DNT cells of all patients were observed,and the above indexes of early,middle,late and late patients were analyzed.Results CD3+cells(65.75±4.36)%,CD3+CD4+cells(34.85±4.89),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.05±0.32)in breast cancer malignant patients were lower than benign group(75.54±4.21)%,(43.42±5.21)%,(1.85±0.25),CD3+CD8+(28.85±4.21)%cells were higher than the benign group(24.42±4.25)%(t=7.174,5.355,8.657,-3.297,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.002),CD3+cells(70.47±5.05)%,CD3+CD4+cells(34.85±2.10)%,CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.05±0.16)in malignant tumor patients were lower than the benign group(77.54±6.85%,(44.54±3.52)%,(1.65±0.21),CD3+CD8+cells(35.46±1.85)%were higher than the benign group(25.85±2.05)%(t=3.715,10.573,10.164,-15.564,P=0.001,0.000,0.000,0.000),CD3+cells(66.85±5.21)%,CD3+CD4+cells(36.85±3.65)%,CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+(1.02±0.23)were lower than the benign group(74.45±5.85)%,(42.21±4.25)%,(1.71±0.25),CD3+CD8+cells(28.54±2.54)%are higher than the benign group(24.88±3.05)%(t=4.347,4.291,9.092,-4.138,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000),malignant DNT cells in breast tumor group,intestinal tumor group,and lung tumor group were higher than those in benign patients(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant tumors,peripheral blood T-lymphocytes combined with DNT cells can be detected.There is a certain difference between the benign and malignant,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with malignant tumors,ensure the timely diagnosis and treatment of patients,and is worthy of application.
