甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节患者的临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Thyroid Gland Lobectomy in Patients with Thyroid Nodules

目的甲状腺结节患者行甲状腺腺叶切除手术治疗效果情况分析。方法方便选取该院2018年9月-2019年9月诊治甲状腺结节90例患者资料,随机分为两组,对照组予常规(甲状腺次全切除)手术,研究组予甲状腺腺叶切除手术,分析两组患者疗效相关指标、应激激素与并发症情况。结果治疗后,研究组手术时间(68.23±5.81)min、出血量(69.58±6.52)mL、切口长度(6.58±1.65)cm与住院时间(4.92±1.72)d等指标均比对照组低,差异有统计意义(t=18.901、14.993、16.007、5.492,P<0.05);且研究组CORT(112.32±8.24)ug/L、E(71.52±8.23)ng/L与NE(272.68±18.21)ng/L等应激激素指标比对照组低,差异有统计意义(t=14.795、21.997、10.386,P<0.05);研究组出血等并发症4.44%低于对照组17.78%,差异有统计意义(χ^2=4.050,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺结节患者行甲状腺腺叶切除手术治疗,能有效减少出血量及住院时间,降低对机体应激激素指标影响,且患者并发症少,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of thyroid adenectomy in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods The data of 90 patients with thyroid nodules diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were convenient randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional(subtotal thyroidectomy)surgery,and the research group received thyroidectomy.The efficacy-related indicators,stress hormones,and complications of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results After treatment,the operation group(68.23±5.81)min,bleeding volume(69.58±6.52)ml,incision length(6.58±1.65)cm,and length of hospital stay(4.92±1.72)d were lower than those in the control group.The comparison is statistically significant(t=18.901,14.993,16.007,5.492,P<0.05);and the study group CORT(112.32±8.24)ug/L,E(71.52±8.23)ng/L and NE(272.68±18.21)ng/L and other stress hormone indicators are lower than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(t=14.795,21.997,10.386,P<0.05);bleeding and other complications in the study group 4.44%lower than the control group 17.78%,the difference is statistically significant(χ^2=4.050,P<0.05,).Conclusion Thyroid nodule surgery for patients with thyroid nodules can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and length of hospital stay,reduce the impact on the body's stress hormone indicators,and the patients have fewer complications,which has certain clinical application value.
