培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗肺癌的疗效及安全性评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Pemetrexed Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的评价对肺癌采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗的临床疗效以及安全性。方法方便选取该院2017年7月-2019年7月收治的98例肺癌患者随机分为多西他赛联合顺铂治疗的对照组和培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗的观察组,各49例。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总缓解率为71.43%,明显高于对照组的48.98%(χ^2=5.153,P<0.05);2组治疗前的肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的肿瘤标志物水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为36.73%,对照组为42.86%,比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.383,P>0.05)。结论培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗肺癌,能够有效缓解疾病,降低肿瘤标志物水平,且不会增加不良反应发生率,是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin for lung cancer.Methods 98 patients with lung cancer treated in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were convenient selected and randomly divided into a control group treated with docetaxel and cisplatin and an observation group treated with pemetrexed and cisplatin,each with 49 patients.The clinical efficacy,tumor marker levels and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total response rate in the observation group was 71.43%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 48.98%(χ^2=5.153,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in tumor marker levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the tumor marker levels in the observation group after treatment It was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 36.73%,and the control group was 42.86%.There was no statistically significant difference(χ^2=0.383,P>0.05).Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of lung cancer can effectively alleviate the disease and reduce the level of tumor markers without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment.
