三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗老年食管癌疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Tiogio Synchronous Chemotherapy in Treatment of Elderly Esophageal Cancer

目的研究老年食管癌临床接受三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗的效果。方法方便选择2016年3月-2019年6月该院收治的73例老年食管癌患者为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例接受三维适形放疗,观察组37例接受三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为67.57%,高于对照组总有效率44.44%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.963,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为27.03%,与对照组发生率22.22%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.227,P>0.05);观察组治疗后1、2年的生存率为78.38%、59.46%,高于对照组55.56%、36.11%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.307、3.986,P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合替吉奥同步化疗治疗老年食管癌能够较单一放疗获得更好的临床有效率,且不会明显增加不良反应,治疗安全性良好。

Objective To study the effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegio synchronous chemotherapy on elderly esophageal cancer.Methods 73 elderly patients with esophageal cancer from March 2016 to June2019 in the hospital were convenient selection randomly divided into two groups.36 patients in the control group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,37 patients in the observation group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegio synchronous chemotherapy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 67.57%,which was higher than the total effective rate of the control group,44.44%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.963,P<0.05);the incidence of toxic and side effects in the observation group was 27.03%,and there was no statistics difference with the incidence rate of 22.22%in the control group(χ^2=0.227,P>0.05);the 1-year and 2-year survival rates of the observation group after treatment were78.38%and 59.46%,which were higher than those of the control group of 55.56%and 36.11%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.307,3.986,P<0.05).Conclusion Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegeor synchronous chemotherapy can achieve better clinical efficacy than single radiotherapy in the treatment of elderly esophageal cancer,and will not significantly increase the toxicity and side effects,and the treatment safety is good.
