摘要
目的探讨大剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林用于治疗小儿川崎病的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2017年6月-2019年10月收治的川崎病患儿60例,将患儿随机分为两组。对照组给予0.4 g/kg小剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗(连用5 d),研究组给予2 g/kg丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗(使用1次),对比两组临床治疗疗效及各项指标变化。结果临床治疗总有效率比较中,研究组为93.33%,高于对照组70.00%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05);研究组给临床症状缓解时间较对照组更短,且数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组T淋巴细胞亚群指标、血管内皮因子指标皆有改善,但研究组改善效果更显著,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿川崎病的临床药物治疗中,以大剂量丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗能够获得更高的临床疗效,促进患儿病情的康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-dose gamma globulin combined with aspirin in the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease.Methods Sixty children with Kawasaki disease treated in the hospital from June 2017 to October 2019 were Conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was given a small dose of 0.4 g/kg gamma globulin combined with aspirin(five consecutive days),the research group was given 2 g/kg gamma globulin combined with aspirin(once used),comparison of clinical curative effect and index changes in the two groups.Results In the comparison of the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than the control group by 70.00%.The data comparison was statistical significantly(χ^2=5.455,P<0.05);the time for clinical symptom relief in the study group was shorter than the control,and the data comparison was statistical significantly different(P<0.05);T lymphocyte subsets index and vascular endothelial factor index were improved in the two groups after treatment,but the improvement effect of the study group was more significant,and the data of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical drug treatment of children with Kawasaki disease,the treatment with high dose of gamma globulin combined with aspirin can obtain higher clinical effect and promote the recovery of children’s condition.
