延续性护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量及功能恢复的影响

Effect of Continued Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Quality of Life and Functional Recovery in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨延续性护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量及功能恢复的影响,以期为乳腺癌患者术后的临床护理提供指导性意见。方法方便选取2017年4—10月期间该院收治的126例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。术后观察组采取延续性护理干预治疗;对照组采取常规护理。对比观察护理干预前及2个月后,两组患者生活质量(QLSBC量表)及两组患者肩关节功能恢复情况。结果护理干预2个月后,两组患者躯体功能、心理功能评分均有所升高,且观察组躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肩关节功能恢复率明显高于对照组(93.65%vs 71.43%),差异有统计学意义(干预后观察组vs对照组:t躯体功能=7.953;t心理功能=7.443;t社会功能=5.247;χ^2功能恢复=10.794,P<0.01)。结论延续性护理对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的提高,及功能恢复具有深远的影响,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life and functional recovery of breast cancer patients,so as to provide guidance for clinical nursing of breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods A total of 126 patients with breast cancer admitted to the hospital from April to October 2017 were convenient selected for the study.Subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,63 cases pergroup.The observation group took continuous nursing intervention;the control group took routine care.The quality of life(QLSBC scale)and the recovery of shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results After 2 months of nursing intervention,the scores of physical function and psychological function of the two groups increased,and the physical function,psychological function and social function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of the shoulder joint function in the observation group was higher than the control group(93.65%vs 71.43%),the difference was statistically significant(observation group vs control group after intervention:tPhysical function=7.953;tPsychological function=7.443;tSocial function=5.247;χ^2functional recovery=10.794,P<0.01).Conclusion Continuing nursing has a profound impact on the improvement of postoperative life quality and functional recovery of breast cancer patients,and has a higher clinical value.
