间质性肺疾病的中西医治疗进展

Progress in Treatment of Interstitial Lung Disease with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

间质性肺疾病是临床中的一种常见疾病,该病的主要病理特征为累及肺间质、肺泡以及肺泡周围组织,以弥漫性肺实质、肺泡炎症以及间质纤维化为主。患者主要临床表现为呼吸困难、弥散性功能下降、限制性通气障碍以及低氧血症等。该病对于患者的身体健康与生活质量均造成了较大的威胁。在该病的临床治疗中,中医与西医均有着不同的治疗方式。该文着重对间质性肺疾病的中西医临床治疗研究进展展开了综述。

Interstitial lung disease is a common disease in clinic.The main pathological features of the disease are the involvement of lung interstitium,alveoli and tissues around the alveoli,mainly diffuse lung parenchyma,alveolar inflammation and interstitial fibrosis.The main clinical manifestations of the patients were dyspnea,decreased diffuse function,restrictive ventilation disorder and hypoxemia.The disease poses a great threat to patients’health and quality of life.In the clinical treatment of the disease,Chinese medicine and Western medicine have different treatment methods.This article focuses on the research progress of clinical treatment of interstitial lung disease in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
