摘要 通过高铁车站及其相关配套设施建立旅客铁路出行生态圈,构建高铁车站“互联网+”智慧出行平台,充分利用铁路站车商旅服务优势资源、融合外部服务资源、拓展服务范围、规范服务标准和打造商旅全流程服务。该平台采用Spring Cloud微服务分布式部署框架和面向未来的WebFlux反应式架构,数据层采用MySQL+MongoDB数据库集群。与铁路局集团有限公司一体化信息集成平台兼容并蓄、相辅相成,为旅客打造定制化的人工智能行程规划推荐。平台提供站内客运升级服务、小交通接驳、餐饮、住宿、旅游、站车商业和文化娱乐等全流程服务,拓展铁路客运服务产业链,构建高品质、多层次、全方位、立体化的全流程铁路客运商旅服务网。 Through high-speed railway stations and related supporting facilities,it was established a passenger railway travel ecosphere,and built a“Internet+”smart travel platform for high-speed railway station,made full use of the advantages of railway station and train business travel services,integrated external service resources,expanded the scope of services,standardized service standards,and created business travel whole process services.The platform adopted Spring Cloud micro-service distributed deployment framework and future oriented WebFlux reactive architecture,and the data layer adopted MySQL and MongoDB database cluster.It was compatible and complementary with the integrated information integration platform of Railway Administration to create customized artificial intelligence(AI)travel planning recommendation for passengers.The platform provides the whole process services of station passenger transport upgrading service,small transportation connection,catering,accommodation,tourism,station train business and cultural entertainment,expands the industrial chain of railway passenger transport service,and builds a high-quality,multi-level,all-round and three-dimensional full process railway passenger transport business and tourism service network.
