摘要 介绍了防爆重型电驱动铲板车系统架构,详细论述了防爆重型电驱动铲板车在安全制动、自动灭火、防人员碰撞、漏电保护方面的安全性能关键技术。在某重型电驱动铲板车的设计中采用了以上技术,经过实际工业性验证、可实现车辆安全、可靠运行。 This paper introduces the system architecture of explosion-proof heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck, and discusses the key technologies of safety performance of explosion-proof heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck in safety braking, automatic fire extinguishing, personnel collision prevention and leakage protection in detail. The above technologies are used in the design of a heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck, which can realize the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle through the actual industrial verification.
