相变蓄冷材料包间隙对冷却服热湿传递特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 热害是深井开采的主要灾害之一,严重影响矿工的心理情绪及身体健康,大面积的机械制冷降温能耗高投资大。冷却服是1种应用于高温工作场所的有效个体防护设施,由于存在着热防护时间不理想、热舒适性差等问题而未能广泛使用。设计了一种相变蓄冷材料(Phase Change Cold Storage Material简称PCCSM)填充式冷却服,运用数值模拟方法研究了PCCSM包分布间隙分别为2、4、6、8、10 mm的5种冷却服的热防护和湿扩散特性,综合分析传热及传湿,得出4 mm间隙为最优的PCCSM包分布间隙,既能兼顾防护服的热防护性,同时对湿传递也具有很好的效果。 Thermal damage is one of the major disasters in deep mining, which seriously affects the psychological and physical health of miners. Large-scale mechanical cooling energy consumption is high and the investment is large. The cooling suit is an effective individual protective device applied in high temperature workplace. It is not widely used because of the problems of poor thermal protection time and poor thermal comfort. In this paper, a phase change cold storage material(PCCSM) filled cooling suit is designed. Numerical simulation method was used to study the thermal protection and wet diffusion characteristics of five types of cooling suits with distribution gaps of 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm respectively in PCCSM package. Heat and moisture transmission were comprehensively analyzed. Through comprehensive analysis of heat transfer and moisture transfer, it is concluded that the 4 mm gap is the optimal distribution gap of PCCSM package, which can take into account the thermal protection of protective clothing and have a good effect on the moisture transfer.
