四川理县某金矿选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Gold Mine in Lixian County,Sichuan Province

四川理县某金矿中的金元素主要赋存于单体金和硫化矿包裹金中。对试验样进行选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用浮选-重选联合流程,最终得到浮选金精矿金品位195.98 g/t、回收率63.25%;重选金精矿金品位43.61g/t,金回收率27.07%,金元素的总回收率为90.32%,实现了对该金矿中金元素的有效回收。

The gold element in a gold deposit in Lixian County,Sichuan Province mainly occurs in single gold and sulfide ore wrapped gold.The mineral processing experiment was carried out on the test samples.The results show that the gold grade of flotation gold concentrate is 195.98 g/T and the recovery rate is 63.25%;the gold grade of gravity separation gold concentrate is 43.61g/t,the gold recovery rate is 27.07%,and the total recovery rate of gold element is 90.32%,which realizes the effective recovery of gold in the gold mine.
