Thoughts on Strengthening and Improving Trade Union Work in State-owned Enterprises

习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的重要论述,对工会工作的重要地位加以明确,鲜明提出并系统阐述了中国特色社会主义工运发展道路,进一步明确了做好工会工作的主要任务。本文结合四川省有色科技集团有限责任公司工作实际,就改进和创新国有企业工会工作进行了一些思考和探索。

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the working class and trade union work clarified the important position of trade union work,clearly proposed and systematically explained the development path of the socialist labor movement with Chinese characteristics,and further clarified the main tasks of doing well in trade union work.Based on the actual work of Sichuan Nonferrous Technology Group Co.,Ltd.,this article makes some thoughts and explorations on improving and innovating the work of state-owned enterprise labor unions.
