Developing Countermeasures on “Internet Plus” Regional Commerce Circulation Integration in “the Belt and Road Initiative”

文中分析了"一带一路"沿线跨区域商贸流通现状,指出了沿线国家商贸流通一体化发展过程中存在的问题,然后重点从基础设施建设、跨境资源合作、外贸企业发展规划和海关政策一体化等方面,提出了中国同"一带一路"沿线国家跨境商贸流通一体化发展的对策建议,以期为沿线国家商贸流通一体化发展提供参考。

The paper analyzed the status of cross-regional commerce circulation along the Belt and Road,and identified the problems for countries along the line on developing commerce circulation integration. Then,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the commerce circulation integration between China and countries along the Belt and Road were proposed,which including integrating the infrastructure construction,cross-border resource cooperation,development plan of foreign trade enterprises and customs policies.
