基于人工智能技术的物流企业核心竞争力研究

Research on the Core Competitiveness of Logistics Enterprises Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

人工智能技术的应用对物流企业的核心竞争力有一定影响。文中以人工智能技术资本、人力资源和知识管理3个方面为着手点,发放调查问卷,利用结构方程模型和AMOS软件构建物流企业核心竞争力指标体系模型,研究基于人工智能技术的前提下影响物流企业核心竞争力的因素及不同因素的影响程度。文中验证了构建的体系模型的合理性,并发现人工智能技术资本对物流企业核心竞争力的影响较大,给企业提升自身竞争优势提供了参考。

The application of artificial intelligence technology has an impact on the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises. In this paper,the three aspects of artificial intelligence technology capital,human resources and knowledge management are used as the starting points,questionnaires are issued,structural equation models and AMOS software are used to build the core competitiveness index system model of logistics enterprises,to study the factors that affect the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises and the degree of influence of different factors based on the premise of artificial intelligence technology.This paper verifies the reasonableness of the constructed system model and finds that the impact of artificial intelligence technology capital on the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises is large,which provides a reference for enterprises to improve their competitive advantage.
