论人民防空工作中物流体系的建设

On the Construction of Logistics System in Civil Air Defense

物流作为影响人防工程建设效率和效果的基础性因素,是现代化人民防空工作开展中需要重点考虑的内容。虽然在现代化的城市建设中,逐步形成了稳定的人民防空工作配套物流体系,为防空工程的建设提供了重要的保障,但物流体系在满足防空工程建设的要求方面仍然存在较大的差距,难以适应现代化人民防空工作开展的需要。基于此,文中从人民防空工作开展的实际情况出发,对物流体系建设和完善的策略进行实践性的探索,以丰富人民防空物流体系的现代化水平,使物流紧跟防空工作开展的要求。

As a basic factor affecting the efficiency and effect of civil air defense construction,logistics is a key consideration in the development of modern civil air defense. Although a stable supporting logistics system for civil air defense work has been gradually formed in the modern urban construction,which provides an important guarantee for the construction of air defense works,there is still a big gap in the logistics system to meet the requirements of air defense construction,which is difficult to meet the needs of modern civil air defense work. Based on this,this paper,starting from the actual situation of civil air defense work,makes a practical exploration on the construction and improvement of logistics system,so as to enrich the modernization level of civil air defense logistics system and make the logistics closely follow the requirements of air defense work.
