The Model of Manufacturer and Supplier Bidirectional Selection from the Perspective of Equality

面向复杂供应链网络,在平等关系下,考虑时间、数量、成本、生产能力、财务稳定性等因素以及质量差异引发的成本问题和售后赔偿问题,建立了多对多的供应商及制造商的双向选择模型。通过该模型完成了制造商与供应商在多性质约束下的双向选择和订单分配。基于Rubinstein讨价还价模型,对双向选择后的均衡结果进行计算。力求通过该模型促进制造商与供应商的良性合作。从制造商-供应商的整体角度,通过维护双方的利益,实现"双赢"。

Facing the complex supply chain network,based on the perspective of equality and considering the factors such as financial stability,cost,production capacity and product quality,a two-way selection model of suppliers and manufacturers was established. Through this model,the two-way selection between manufacturer and supplier is completed. Based on Rubinstein’s bargaining model,the equilibrium results of bidirectional selection were calculated. Through this model,we strive to promote the benign cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers. Achieve the goal of "win-win"and overall supply chain benefits.
