摘要
考虑在供应链管理模式下的链内企业协同发展,通过定性分析采购供应链中的供应商和核心企业的合作关系,定义供应链链内企业的隐性收益以及企业隐性收益的层级,对于在不同的层级供应商采取不同的策略,如何快速识别隐性收益以及将隐性收益转化为显性收益,促使供应商向更高的收益层级发展,实现供应链内收益最大化,实现双赢目标。
Considering the coordinated development of enterprises in the supply chain management mode of the chain,analysis of procurement suppliers in the supply chain and the core enterprise cooperation through the qualitative,the definition of the enterprise within the supply chain of hidden income and enterprise recessive income level,to take different strategies in different levels of suppliers,how to quickly identify hidden income and hidden income into explicit revenue,urge the supplier to a higher income level of development,to achieve the maximization of supply chain revenue,to achieve a win-win goal.
