摘要 乘务计划是城市轨道交通运营管理的核心内容,良好的乘务计划可以提高司机生产率,降低企业运营成本。传统班制下,往往会有人员利用率低和任务负荷分配不均等问题的出现。目前全国各城市地铁运营公司都在尝试推行更为灵活的轮转模式,以打破固有班制弊端。文中以独立高峰班组为切入点,提出了任务均衡模式(DRM)的峰班轮转模式。并结合实例对其实用性加以探讨。 Crew scheduling is the core content of urban rail transit operation management. A good crew schedule can improve driver productivity and reduce enterprise operation cost. In the traditional rostering mode,there are many problems such as low personnel utilization and unequal duty load distribution. At present,manyurban rail transit operation companies in our country are trying to implement a more flexible rostering mode to break the inherent disadvantages of the shift system. In this paper,the independent peak shift is taken as the starting point,and the DRM model is proposedwhichisbasedonit. In addition,the practicability with examples of this mode would be discussed in this paper.
