摘要 文中为确定地铁驾驶员应急多任务中的关键作业和环节,进一步开展针对性、深层次的培训考核,提出一种基于Petri网的地铁驾驶员应急任务分析方法。文中首先,探讨地铁驾驶员应急任务的重要特征,并提出结合VACP量表的任务评价指标,对任务作结构化分解;其次,研究应用Petri网理论解决应急任务评价建模的可行性,并以上海市轨道交通驾驶员站台退行对位标准作业为例,阐述建立Petri网模型对应急任务进行评价的详细过程;最后,以2019年度上海市轨道交通驾驶员安全风险检查项目为参照进行模型的实证分析,并对验证情况作进一步讨论。结果表明,该方法切实可行,能够得出应急任务中的关键环节与其所消耗的主要资源种类,且应对这些资源消耗量大的环节需要驾驶员更强的生理与心理胜任能力。 In order to determine the key operations and links in the emergency multi-task of subway drivers,this paper further carried out targeted and in-depth training and assessment,and proposed an emergency task analysis method for subway drivers based on Petri net. This paper first discusses the important characteristics of the emergency task of subway drivers,and proposes a structured decomposition of the task based on the task evaluation index of VACP scale. Secondly,the feasibility of applying Petri net theory to solve the modeling of emergency task evaluation was studied,and the detailed process of establishing Petri net model to evaluate the emergency task was illustrated by taking the standard operation of retreating platform for drivers in Shanghai rail transit as an example. Finally,based on the safety risk inspection project of Shanghai rail transit drivers in 2019,the model is empirically analyzed and the verification situation is further discussed. The results show that this method is feasible and can obtain the key links in the emergency task and the main types of resources consumed,and the drivers’ stronger physical and psychological competence is needed to cope with the links with large resource consumption.
