摘要
现代物流业的发展趋势不断改善,有力地支持了国民经济的稳步提升。随着新时代的发展,大数据、物联网、云计算等现代信息技术将推动物流进入新阶段,从而需要大量高素质的物流人才来带动物流业的后续发展。目前物流专业人才总量、人才结构和知识技能都不能满足物流劳动力市场对专业人才的需求。供需失衡严重制约了我国物流业的发展速度,职业院校是职业教育主要是物流人才培养基地,在取得成绩的同时,也面临着人才培养定位不明确、教学不到位、方法手段落后,师资力量不足,实践环节薄弱,缺乏人才培养困境等问题。这些问题使得物流专业毕业生与物流行业发展需求的不匹配,物流人才市场紧张,职业教育供需矛盾日益突出。文中研究基于大数据背景下职业院校物流管理专业人才培养特征上,分析在传递知识的基础上应主要培养素质和职业行为,构建个性化的教学模式。
Vocational colleges and universities are the training bases for vocational education and logistics talents. While making achievements,they also face many difficulties,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of vocational education is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the training characteristics of logistics management professionals in vocational colleges and universities under the background of big data,this study analyzes that the training of quality and professional behavior should be based on the transfer of knowledge,so as to build a personalized teaching model.
