摘要 现城市地下管网中使用的水表多为半物联网式的水表,即使用一个CCD覆盖在指针式水表表面对示数进行识别,此方法精度较低,受环境影响较为明显。针对此问题,以及现有水表老旧、人工抄表效率低、难以维护等其他现行水表难以克服的问题,设计了一种基于NB-IoT物联网技术的超声波水表。本物联网水表使用超声波流量计和TDC-GP2高精度计时芯片对水流量情况进行精确计量,使用MSP430系列超低功耗单片机并通过NB-IoT模块连接到大数据平台以进行数据采集,解决了维护难、抄表难等问题。 At present,most water meters adopted in the urban underground pipe network are semi internet of things water meters which is a pointer water meter with a CCD covered the surface to identify the readings.The precision of this method is far below request and the environmental elements have major impact on the readings.In terms of this problem,while the aging problem of the equipment,the low efficiency of manual meter reading,the difficulties in maintaining and other obstacles are formidable to overcome so far,a kind of internet of things ultrasonic water meter based on NB-IoT(Narrow Band Internet of Things)technology is designed.This internet of things water meter adopts the ultrasonic flowmeter and TDC-GP2 high-precision timing chip to accurately measure the water flow and the MSP430 series ultra-low power MCU.It collects data by the connection to the big data platform through NB-IoT module,which solves the problems of maintenance and meter reading.
