针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的临床医院成果转化管理初探

Preliminary study on the management of clinical technology transfer related to COVID-19 prevention and control in hospitals

目的通过梳理北京大学第三医院针对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的成果转化管理工作,为初步探索临床医院依靠创新转化处理突发重大公共卫生事件提供参考。方法通过案例分析,对医院应对疫情形势,组织动员科技创新、推进成果转化等举措进行梳理和分析。结果以应用为导向的关键技术研发、知识产权保护、打样制备验证等创新链一体化设计是促进成果转化服务实践的有效路径。结论突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎公共卫生事件为临床医院转化工作提供新启示,可以通过加快推进研究成果的应用,注重转化专业团队的建设,以及多渠道加大成果推介力度等方式提前做好应对。

Objective This paper aims to explore the public hospitals′coordination mechanism in an effort to response to the COVID-19 pandemic,based on the Peking University Third Hospital strategy,to provide reference for technology transfer management.Methods This paper examines strategies and measures adopted at Peking University Third Hospital during the pandemic as case studies.Results The integrated approach for innovation,including linking scientific results to technology for utilization,the protection of intellectual property,as well as sample preparation,presents an effective way to promote technology transfer and innovation in response to COVID-19.Conclusions It is imperative to rethink and strengthen the technology transfer system during the COVID-19 emergency.Advanced better preparation could be developed in various ways by accelerating the application of research results,focusing on the construction of professional teams for transformation,and increasing the promotion of results through multiple channels.
