结构参数和外载荷形式对放顶煤液压支架的综合影响分析 被引量:5

Analysis on influence of structural parameters and external load form on hydraulic support for top coal caving

摘要 为研究放顶煤液压支架在工作过程中的影响因素,从支架的结构参数、外载荷形式、尾梁受冲击载荷三方面对放顶煤液压支架进行分析。分别对 4 组结构参数不同的放顶煤液压支架进行建模,采用线性弹簧阻尼器等效替代前后立柱,并在 ADAMS 中对顶梁分别施加 5 种不同形式外载荷进行受力分析,确定了受力最优的液压支架。在此基础上,当顶梁承受偏心载荷、前端扭转载荷、横向中间载荷时,对受力最优的液压支架进行尾梁不同位置承受冲击载荷时的受力仿真分析。结果表明,放顶煤液压支架的受力状况受四连杆结构参数和立柱倾角的共同影响,冲击载荷作用在尾梁时,液压支架力变化情况同时取决于顶梁承受外载荷形式和冲击点位置。 In order to study the influential factors of the hydraulic support for top coal caving in the working process,the paper analyzed the hydraulic support for top coal caving from three aspects such as the structural parameters of the support,the external load form and the impact load of tail beam.Four hydraulic supports for top coal caving with various structural parameters were modeled respectively,and linear spring dampers were applied to equivalently replace the front and the rear column.In addition,five forms of external loads were applied onto the top beam in ADAMS,stress state was analyzed,and the hydraulic support with optimal stress state was identified.On this basis,while the top beam bore offset load,front torsional load and transverse intermediate load,the simulation analysis on the stress of the hydraulic support with optimal stress state was carried out at the time of impact load acting onto various location of the tail beam.Results showed:the stress state of the hydraulic support for top coal caving was affected by the structural parameters of four-bar linkage and the column obliquity;while the impact load acting onto the tail beam,the stress variation of the hydraulic support depended on the form of external load on the top beam and the position of impact point.
