基于目前液压支架检测试验及认证的现状,通过对比国内外检测试验标准,分析了各种检测试验的不同验收标准,指导液压支架研发制造单位提高对各种标准间不同要求的认识,推进液压支架研发及制造质量的提升,满足客户对液压支架高可靠性、更长使用寿命的预期。

Based on the current situation about testing and certification for the hydraulic support,the paper analyzed the acceptance of various testing standards after comparing the testing standards at home and abroad.It also guide the R&D manufacturers of the hydraulic support to enhance their understanding for different requirements of various standards,so as to propel the quality improvement of the hydraulic support,satisfy the customer expectation for higher stability and longer lifespan of the hydraulic support.
