摘要
钢丝绳抖动对多绳摩擦式提升机的运行危害很大,如果不能引起足够的重视,往往会给矿山的安全生产带来隐患。针对某矿副井摩擦式提升机钢丝绳出现严重抖动的问题,经分析,把引起钢丝绳抖动的原因聚焦在钢丝绳张力是否平衡、提升机电控和主轴承是否存在故障 3 个方面,并制定相应测试方案。经过现场测试和结果分析,最终确定钢丝绳抖动的原因为电控系统故障,调整后,抖动现象明显减弱。
The shaking of the wire rope is very harmful to the operation of the multi-rope friction hoist.If enough attention is not paid to,it will bring hidden danger to the safe production of mine.In view of serious shaking of the wire rope of the friction hoist in a mine,the factors causing the shaking of the wire rope was focused on whether the tension of the wire rope was balanced,whether the electric control system and the main bearing of the hoist were faulty,and then corresponding test schemes were formulated.After field test and result analysis,the cause of the shaking of the wire rope was identified as the fault of the electric control system.After adjustment,the shaking of the wire rope obviously weakened.
