摘要
明确了转载溜槽的定义和设计原则,分别对其不同结构型式和特点进行了分析,并对各种转载溜槽的成本、维护费用、适用带速与物料种类、控制料流能力、卸料高度及设计复杂程度等方面进行了归纳对比,最后给出了转载溜槽故障原因快速查找指南,可供设计和选择转载溜槽时参考,并方便转载溜槽的维护。
The definition and the design principle of the transfer chute were identified,and various structural type and features of the transfer chute were analyzed.And then,various transfer chutes were summarized and compared in cost,maintenance expense,suitable belt speed,material category,material flow control capacity,unloading height and design complexity.Finally,the quick guide to find out the fault of the transfer chute was offered for its design,selection and maintenance.
