摘要
针对乌山铜钼矿SABC工艺流程中原水力旋流器无法适应选厂长期稳定生产的现状,在考察入料性质的前提下,替换为国产FX840水力旋流器。为达到运行指标,先后提出3种配置方案,并通过试验确定了合适的FX840水力旋流器结构参数。工业应用表明,FX840水力旋流器运行稳定,分级效果良好,质效率高达55.47%,对细粒级的回收效果明显,入浮质量分数也适合浮选作业要求,各项指标较原使用的旋流器均有所提升。
Since the hydrocyclone in SABC process of Wushan Copper Molybdenum Mine failed to adapt for the long-term stable production in concentrator,it was replaced with the home-made FX840 hydrocyclone after studying the feed nature.In order to reach the operation indexes,three configuration schemes were proposed,and suitable structural parameters of FX840 hydrocyclone were determined via test.Industrial application showed:FX840 hydrocyclone operated stably with excellent classification effects,the quality efficiency was up to 55.47%,the fine particles were recovered well,the volume fraction of the feed was suitable for the flotation requirements,each index enhanced compared with original hydrocyclone.
