摘要 某苯乙烯精馏塔填料和分布器不匹配造成装置操作异常、产品质量不理想及塔内件堵塞,在工艺操作调整效果有限的情况下,对其进行填料品种更换和槽式液体分布器性能优化和结构改进。将金属波纹板填料型号由252Y型替换成为250Y型,对槽式液体分布器重新进行开孔计算,增加一级分布槽分配盒上的开孔高度和二级分布槽中溢流孔的高度,在一级分布槽、二级分布槽上部增加溢流孔。改造实施后效果明显,实现了苯乙烯精馏塔的长周期稳定运行。 The mismatching between the packing and distributor of a styrene rectification tower caused abnormal operation of the unit,unsatisfactory product quality and blockage of the internal parts of the tower.The packing type replacement,the performance optimization and structural improvement of the trough liquid distributor were carried out.By replacing the metal corrugated plate packing model from 252Y to 250Y,the trough liquid distributor was recalculated,and the opening height on the distributing box of the first distributing trough and the overflow hole height in the second distributing trough were increased,the overflow holes are added at the upper part of the first and second distribution trough.After the modification with obvious effect,and the long-period operation of the styrene distillation column has been realized.
