四种植物生长调节剂对敦煌李光杏花期的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Four Plant Growth Regulators on Florescence of Armeniaca vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun

摘要 以实生苗造林的十年生敦煌李光杏为试材,选用单因素试验设计,在春季花芽露萼期全株喷洒4种不同类型及浓度水平的植物生长调节剂,以喷洒清水为对照(CK),通过野外花期物候观测、统计分析,研究不同类型植物生长调节剂、不同浓度水平及不同处理方式对敦煌李光杏花期的影响,探寻延迟李光杏花期安全有效、经济合理的措施,以期解决生产实践中李光杏早春低温危害问题。结果表明:经过4种植物生长调节剂处理的李光杏花期总体上均有延迟,其中NAA的处理效果最优;在50~2000 mg·L^-14个浓度水平中,CEPA、ABA、GA和NAA分别在1000、2000、50~100、1000 mg·L^-1时,所处理的李光杏花期延迟效果最显著;"灌水+750~1000 mg·L^-1 CEPA"处理的效果最优,其能够延迟敦煌李光杏初花期6~7 d。 The seeding of 10-year-old Armeniaca vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun were used as the research material,single factor experiment design was conducted by adopting afforestation,plants was sprayed with four different types and concentration levels plant growth regulator in the bud dew calyx stage of spring,spraying water as control(CK),based on the wild florescence phenology,statistical analysis,the study was carried out on the effect of different types of plant growth regulator,different levels and different processing methods on florescence of A.vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun in Dunhuang,not only safe and effective,but also economic and reasonable measures for delaying florescence of A.vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun were explored,in order to solve the problem of low temperature damage of A.vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun in production practice in early spring.The results showed that the flowering period of A.vulgaris L.var.glabraS.X.Sun treated with four plant growth regulators was generally delayed,among which NAA was the best.Among the four concentrations ranging from 50 mg·L^-1 to 2000 mg·L^-1,CEPA,ABA,GA and NAA had the most significant effect on florescence delay.The treatment effect of‘irrigation+750-1000 mg·L^-1 CEPA’was the best,which can delay the early flowering period of A.vulgaris L.var.glabra S.X.Sun in Dunhuang for 6-7 days.
