动态心电图联合心脏彩超对心律失常患者诊断准确率的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Dynamic Electrocardiogram Combined with Cardiac Color Doppler Ultrasound on the Diagnostic Accuracy of Patients with Arrhythmia

目的该临床试验主要是为了探讨动态心电图联合心脏彩超对心律失常患者诊断准确率的影响观察。方法该次临床试验是方便选取2017年6月—2019年6月在该院心内科就诊的120例心律失常患者作为该次临床试验的研究对象,所有患者就诊时,分别给予患者常规心电图、动态心电图以及心脏彩超3种检查。研究观察动态心电图、心脏彩超的单独使用与两者联合诊断对不同类型心律失常以及不同发作类型心律失常诊断准确率。结果动态心电图和心脏彩超两者联合诊断的检出准确率(88.33%)明显高于动态心电图的检出率(33.33%),也明显高于心脏彩超的检出率(47.50%)。且两者联合诊断对频发性心律失常检出准确率(80.00%)明显高于动态心电图和心脏彩超,对偶发性心律失常检出准确率(85.71%)明显高于动态心电图和心脏彩超,3种检查结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过研究发现,动态心电图以及心脏彩超两者联合检查对心律失常的诊断准确率有所提高,同时对不同类型心律失常的检出率有显著提高,能为心律失常疾病的诊断以及为临床治疗制定合理的治疗方式具有一定的意义。

Objective This clinical trial is mainly to investigate the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram combined with cardiac color Doppler ultrasound on the diagnostic accuracy of patients with arrhythmia.Methods In this clinical trial,120 patients with arrhythmia who were treated in the cardiology department of our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were convenient taken as the research objects of this clinical trial.Three kinds of examinations are electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram and heart color Doppler ultrasound.The study observed the accuracy of diagnosing different types of arrhythmias and different types of arrhythmias by the use of dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound alone and the combined diagnosis of the two.Results The detection accuracy rate(88.33%)of the combined diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of dynamic electrocardiogram(33.33%),and also significantly higher than that of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound(47.50%).And the combined diagnosis of the two methods has a higher detection accuracy rate for frequent arrhythmias(80.00%)than dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound,and an accuracy rate for incidental arrhythmia detection(85.71%),significantly higher than dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound,and the results of the three tests were different statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Through research,it is found that the combined accuracy of dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has improved the accuracy of the diagnosis of arrhythmia,and the detection rate of different types of arrhythmia has been significantly improved.It can be used for the diagnosis and clinical treatment of arrhythmia.Formulating a reasonable treatment method has certain significance.
