甲强龙耳后注射对突发性耳聋补救性治疗的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Post-methadone Long Ear Injection on Salvage Therapy for Sudden Deafness

目的探析甲强龙耳后注射对突发性耳聋补救性治疗的临床疗效。方法便利选取该院2016年1月—2019年6月期间收治的81例突发性耳聋患者按随机分配原则分为两组,对照组40例,实验组41例。对照组患者予以甲强龙等全身用药治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上予以甲强龙耳后注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不同类型突发性耳聋纯音听阈提高值。结果实验组患者临床总有效率为95.12%,对照组患者临床总有效率为80.00%,实验组显著高于对照组(χ2=4.278,P<0.05)。实验组低频型、高频型、平坦型、全聋型突发性耳聋纯音听阈提高值分别为(30.06±5.48)dB、(18.31±6.47)dB、(21.51±6.82)dB、(14.24±5.78)dB,对照组数据分别为(19.12±5.21)dB、(16.12±6.42)dB、(19.36±6.34)dB、(13.51±4.56)dB,两组低频型突发性耳聋纯音听阈提高值差异有统计学意义(t=6.120,P<0.05),而高频型、平坦型、全聋型突发性耳聋纯音听阈提高值差异无统计学意义(t=0.760、0.710、0.170,P>0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者应用甲强龙耳后注射补救性治疗的效果更加确切,尤其是对于低频型突发性耳聋患者来说,可进一步改善患者听力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of post-mandibular long ear injection for salvage treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 81 patients with sudden deafness admitted in the hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were convenient selection divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation,40 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with methylprednisolone and other systemic medications,and patients in the experimental group were treated with postive methylprednisolone injections on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and pure tone hearing threshold increase of different types of sudden deafness were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 95.12%,and the total clinical effective rate of patients in the control group was 80.00%.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(χ2=4.278,P<0.05).In the experimental group,the pure tone hearing thresholds of low-frequency type,high-frequency type,flat type,and total deafness were(30.06±5.48)dB,(18.31±6.47)dB,(21.51±6.82)dB,(14.24±5.78)dB,the data of the control group were(19.12±5.21)dB,(16.12±6.42)dB,(19.36±6.34)dB,(13.51±4.56)dB,the difference between the two groups of low frequency sudden deafness pure tone hearing threshold was statistically significantly different(t=6.120,P<0.05),but the high-frequency,flat,and total deaf sudden deafness pure tone hearing thresholds were not statistically significantly different(t=0.760,0.710,0.170,P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of remedy therapy after injection of methylprednisolone in patients with sudden deafness is more accurate,especially for patients with low-frequency sudden deafness,which can further improve the hearing of patients.
