摘要
目的分析盐酸氨溴索联合雾化吸入辅助治疗对新生儿肺炎临床效果及动脉血气分析。方法方便选择2018年5月—2019年5月该院收治新生儿肺炎患儿88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例给予盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉输注治疗,研究组44例在对照组基础上联合雾化吸入治疗,对两组临床效果及动脉血气进行比较。结果对照组治疗总有效79.55%比研究组低95.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.091,P<0.05);研究组气促消失、咳嗽消失、啰音消失及住院时间等均比对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组PaO2、PaCO2、SpO2指标分别为(80.15±5.21)mmHg、(47.54±3.86)mmHg、(97.16±2.90)%,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿肺炎采用盐酸氨溴索联合雾化吸入辅助治疗,可改善患儿临床症状及动脉血气指标,缩短其住院时间,有效提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and arterial blood gas analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with aerosol inhalation adjuvant therapy on neonatal pneumonia.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,88 neonates with neonatal pneumonia were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.44 patients in the control group were treated with intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride injection.The study group 44 cases were combined with atomization inhalation treatment on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects and arterial blood gas of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective treatment of the control group was 79.55%lower than that of the study group by 95.45%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.091,P<0.05);the disappearance of shortness of breath,cough,rales and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group of the indexes of PaO2,PaCO2 and SpO2 were(80.15±5.21)mmHg,(47.54±3.86)mmHg and(97.16±2.90)%,which were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with aerosol inhalation adjuvant treatment for neonatal pneumonia can improve the clinical symptoms and arterial blood gas indexes of children,shorten their hospital stay,effectively improve the treatment effect.
