摘要
目的探讨小儿电子支气管镜在儿科重症监护室中的应用研究。方法便利选取2017年9月—2019年8月以来该院儿科重症监护室收治的上机患儿96例,随机分为研究组和对照组各48例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予电子支气管镜治疗。观察分析两组患儿血清、血气指标以及治疗时间、机械通气时间。结果研究组CPR(40.7±11.3)mg/L、WBC(7.5±1.3)×109/L、SaO2(96.4±2.4)%、PaO2(81.9±6.9)mmHg以及PaCO2(41.4±4.3)mmHg指标改善情况均优于对照组CPR(58.3±13.2)mg/L、WBC(12.1±1.6)×109/L、SaO2(87.3±4.7)%、PaO2(73.1±7.6)mmHg以及PaCO2(51.1±5.3)mmHg(t=11.064、11.372、12.913、11.781、11.952,P<0.05);研究组治疗时间(6.5±1.3)d以及机械通气时间(5.9±0.5)d均低于对照组治疗时间(9.9±2.1)d以及机械通气时间(9.2±1.6)d(t=11.638、11.202,P<0.05)。结论儿科重症监护室患儿应用电子支气管镜进行治疗可有效促进患儿血气指标改善,减少住院花费时间,使患儿病死率降低。
Objective Convenient select To explore the application of pediatric electronic bronchoscopy in pediatric intensive care unit.Methods ninety-six patients who were admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit of the hospital from September 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 48 cases.The control group was given routine treatment and the study group was given electronic bronchoscopy treatment.Observation and analysis of serum and blood gas indexes,treatment time and mechanical ventilation time of two groups of patients.Results CPR(40.7±11.3)mg/L,WBC(7.5±1.3)×109/L,SaO2(96.4±2.4)%,PaO2(81.9±6.9)mmHg and PaCO2(41.4±4.3)mmHg;the index improvement was better than the control group CPR(58.3±13.2)mg/L,WBC(12.1±1.6)×109/L,SaO2(87.3±4.7)%,PaO2(73.1±7.6)mmHg and PaCO2(51.1±5.3)mmHg(t=11.064,11.372,12.913,11.781,11.952,P<0.05);the research group of the treatment time(6.5±1.3)d and mechanical ventilation time(5.9±0.5)d were lower than those of the control group(9.9±2.1)d and mechanical ventilation time(9.2±1.6)d(t=11.638,11.202,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of electronic bronchoscopy in the treatment of patients in the pediatric intensive care unit can effectively promote the improvement of the patient's blood gas index,reduce the time spent in hospital,and reduce the patient's mortality.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
