家庭参与式护理在新生儿病房优质护理服务的应用效果及家属满意度观察

Application Effect of Family Participatory Nursing in High-quality Nursing Service of Neonatal Ward and Observation of Family Satisfaction

目的探究新生儿病房应用家庭参与式优质护理效果情况。方法方便选取该院2018年8月—2019年8月诊治70例新生儿临床资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予以支持护理,研究组予以家庭参与式优质护理,分析两组体格发育、家属知识掌握度与满意度情况。结果干预后,研究组身长(55.23±0.88)cm、体质量(4.82±0.65)kg与头围(37.68±0.53)cm等发育指标比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=15.558、4.010、24.900,P<0.05);研究组护理知识(85.85±2.65)分、护理技能(89.78±2.82)分,均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=18.063、21.716,P<0.05);研究组家属满意度97.14%比对照组77.14%高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.590,P<0.05)。结论新生儿病房应用家庭参与式优质护理干预,能有效提高新生儿体格发育,并提升家属知识及操作掌握度,且临床满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of family participation in high-quality nursing in the neonatal ward.Methods The clinical data of 70 neonates diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were convenienty selected,divided into two groups according to the random number table,the control group was given support care,and the research group was given family-participation quality care,and the physical development of the two groups was analyzed the degree of knowledge and satisfaction of family members.Results After the intervention,the growth index of the study group was(55.23±0.88)cm,the body mass was(4.82±0.65)kg,and the head circumference was(37.68±0.53)cm.The development indicators were higher than the control group,which was statistically significant(t=15.558,4.010,24.900,P<0.05);the nursing knowledge(85.85±2.65)points and nursing skills(89.78±2.82)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.063,21.716,P<0.05);the study group of the family satisfaction rate was 97.14%higher than the control group 77.14%,which was statistically significant(χ2=4.590,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-based high-quality nursing interventions in the neonatal ward can effectively improve the physical development of the newborn,and enhance the knowledge and operation of the family members,and the clinical satisfaction is high.
