优质护理服务应用在老年疝气手术患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of High-quality Nursing Service Application in Elderly Patients with Hernia Operation

目的分析老年疝气手术患者使用优质护理价值。方法方便选择在该院进行疝气治疗的74例老年患者为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2017年11月—2018年11月之间,采取随机排列表法将其分成均37例的常规组以及实验组,予以常规组患者基础护理,予以实验组患者优质护理。比较两组患者手术时间、VAS得分、并发症总出现率以及护理服务总满意度。结果实验组与常规组并发症总出现率分别是10.81%、45.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.376,P<0.05);实验组与常规组护理服务总满意度分别是94.59%、72.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.198,P<0.05);实验组手术时间短于常规组(t=12.718,P<0.05);实验组VAS得分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.019,P<0.05);护理后实验组SAS得分以及SDS得分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.918、7.578,P<0.05)。结论对老年疝气手术患者使用优质护理可缩短手术时间,有效提高患者满意度,降低其并发症出现率以及术后疼痛情况,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To analyze the value of using high-quality nursing in elderly patients with hernia surgery.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients undergoing hernia treatment in the hospital were convenienty selected as the study sample.The treatment time was between November 2017 and November 2018.They were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group,with 37 cases with a random ranking method.As well as the experimental group,basic care for patients in the routine group and high-quality care for patients in the experimental group will be given.The operation time,VAS score,total incidence of complications and total satisfaction of nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group and the conventional group were 10.81%and 45.95%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=30.376,P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing service in the experimental group and the conventional group was 94.59%and 72.97%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=17.198,P<0.05);the operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional group(t=12.718,P<0.05);the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.019,P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group after nursing,were Lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.918,7.578,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing for elderly patients with hernia surgery can shorten the operation time,effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications and postoperative pain,and relieve patients'anxiety and depression.
