躁狂抑郁症患者经临床路径护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Through Clinical Pathway for Manic Depression Patients

目的探究躁狂抑郁症患者经临床路径护理的效果。方法方便择取2018年7月—2019年7月在该院就诊的躁狂抑郁症患者共88例,通过抽签方式进行随机分组,包括对照组44例,观察组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床路径护理,对两组患者护理前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑表评分(HAMA)、躁狂量表评分(BRMS),以及护理后的护理依从性。结果观察组患者护理后HAMD评分(10.12±2.16)分、HAMA评分(9.68±2.13)分及BRMS评分(15.62±2.23)分低于对照组(15.43±2.25)分、(14.35±2.11)分、(20.43±2.31)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.293、10.332、9.937,P<0.05);观察组患者护理依从性(93.18%)高于对照组(77.27%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.423,P<0.05)。结论躁狂抑郁症患者开展临床路径护理可以有效改善其躁狂、抑郁等症状,提升护理依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing through clinical pathways in patients with manic depression.Methods A total of 88 patients with manic depression who were treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were convenienty selected and randomly divided into groups,including 44 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted clinical path nursing.The Hamilton Depression Scale Score(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale Score(HAMA),Mania Scale Score(BRMS),and post-care nursing compliance were given to the two groups of patients before and after care.Results The HAMD score(10.12±2.16)points,HAMA score(9.68±2.13)points and BRMS score(15.62±2.23)points of patients in the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(15.43±2.25)points,(14.35±2.11)points,(20.43±2.31)points,and the differences between the two groups was statistically significant(t=11.293,10.332,9.937,P<0.05);the nursing compliance of the observation group(93.18%)was higher than that of the control group(77.27%),and the difference between the data groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.423,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out clinical pathway nursing for manic and depressive patients can effectively improve their symptoms of mania and depression,and improve nursing compliance.
