舒适护理在血液透析患者中的护理价值研究

Study on the Nursing Value of Comfortable Nursing in Hemodialysis Patients

目的对在血液透析患者中应用舒适护理的效果进行探究。方法便利选择该院收治的血液透析患者72例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2018年6月—2019年4月。按照随机数字表法将这些患者划分为常规护理组(36例)和舒适护理组(36例)。采用常规护理对常规护理组予以护理,采用舒适护理对舒适护理组予以护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果舒适护理组的精神评分(71.3±4.6)分、社会评分(72.9±4.9)分,心理评分(70.7±5.8)分,生理评分(69.8±5.1)分均明显优于常规护理组的(58.4±3.3)分、(55.2±3.7)分、(54.2±4.3)分、(56.3±3.2)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.846、3.675、3.358、4.157,P<0.05)。常规护理组的焦虑评分为(25.4±3.7)分,抑郁评分为(28.2±4.6)分,舒适护理组的焦虑评分为(11.2±1.5)分,抑郁评分为(13.3±2.1)分。舒适护理组的焦虑和抑郁评分均明显低于常规护理组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.375、4.862,P<0.05)。舒适护理组的总满意度为97.2%,常规护理组的总满意度为80.6%。舒适护理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.063,P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析患者实施舒适护理能够有效地改善患者的生活质量,缓解其不良情绪,而且具有更高的护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying comfortable nursing in hemodialysis patients.Methods Seventy-two hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital were convenienty selected as the research subjects included in this study,and the time period was selected from June 2018 to April 2019.According to the random number table method,these patients were divided into routine care group(36 cases)and comfort care group(36 cases).Routine nursing was used to care for the conventional nursing group,and comfort nursing was used to care for the comfortable nursing group,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The mental score(71.3±4.6)points,social score(72.9±4.9)points,psychological score(70.7±5.8)points and physiological score(69.8±5.1)points of the comfort care group were significantly better than those of the conventional care group(58.4±3.3)points,(55.2±3.7)points,(54.2±4.3)points,(56.3±3.2)points,the comparison between the two groups was was statistically significantly difference(t=3.846,3.675,3.358,4.157,P<0.05).The anxiety score of the conventional care group was(25.4±3.7)points,the depression score was(28.2±4.6)points,the comfort care group was(11.2±1.5)points,and the depression score was(13.3±2.1)points.The anxiety and depression scores of the comfort care group were significantly lower than those of the conventional care group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significantly difference(t=3.375,4.862,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the comfort care group was 97.2%,and that of the conventional care group was 80.6%.The nursing satisfaction of the comfort care group was significantly higher than that of the conventional care group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significantly difference(χ2=5.063,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out comfortable nursing for hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the patients'quality of life,relieve their negative emotions,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
