三仁汤治疗中心性浆液性视网膜炎的临床疗效探讨

Discussion on Clinical Effect of Sanren Decoction on Central Serous Retinitis

目的探讨三仁汤治疗中心性浆液性视网膜炎的临床疗效。方法回顾分析该院2016年4月—2018年12月期间收治的中心性浆液性视网膜炎患者60例,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受常规西药治疗)和研究组(30例接受三仁汤治疗),比较治疗状况。结果研究组总疗效93.33%高于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.667,P=0.010<0.05);治疗前组间视力、FFA荧光渗漏面积、OCT指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组FFA荧光渗漏面积、黄斑中心区直径6 mm总体积、黄斑中心区直径6 mm平均厚度、黄斑中心区直径1 mm厚度均低于对照组,视力高于对照组(t=6.632、13.485、5.390、16.900、3.962,P=0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论临床治疗中心性浆液性视网膜炎可考虑采用三仁汤,此方式比常规西医治疗,患者视力、黄斑水肿、FFA荧光渗漏面积等均可得到明显改善,疗效突出。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanren Decoction on central serous retinitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with central serous retinitis admitted in the hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 was divided into a control group(30 patients receiving conventional Western medicine treatment)and a research group(30 patients receiving Sanren Decoction treatment),compare the treatment status.Results The total therapeutic effect of the study group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.667,P=0.010<0.05);the differences in visual acuity,FFA fluorescence leakage area,and OCT indexes between the groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the FFA fluorescence leakage area of the study group,the total volume of the macular central area diameter of 6 mm,the average thickness of the macular central area diameter of 6 mm,and the thickness of the macular central area diameter of 1 mm were all lower than that of the control group,and the vision was higher than the control Group(t=6.632,13.485,5.390,16.900,3.962,P=0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000<0.05).Conclusion Sanren decoction may be considered for clinical treatment of central serous retinitis.Compared with conventional Western medicine,this method can significantly improve patients'vision,macular edema,and FFA fluorescence leakage area.
