摘要
针对某单机适应瞬时高压环境使用性的结构设计需求,应用PROE软件进行结构及优化设计、ANSYS有限元软件进行仿真分析、实验验证相结合的方式进行耐高压结构设计,经验证结构符合高压环境使用要求。这种结构及优化设计、有限元仿真分析与实验验证相结合的设计方式可有效保证单机结构强度满足环境适应性,为今后的耐高压结构设计提供了方法与方向。
To meet the needs of adaptability which is the pressure resistant of structure for instantaneous high pressure environment,the design method that is combined of PROE software for structural optimization and design,ANSYS finite element software in the form of simulation analysis and experimental verification is used.Not only this kind design method can effectively guarantee the structure satisfy in the instantaneous high pressure environment,but also provides the design method and orientation of future for high pressure resistant structure.
