摘要
本研究介绍了一种用于测量某大功率船用柴油发动机缸内压力的直接测量系统,分别从缸压传感器的安装、测量系统连接、峰值仪设置、测试结果方面进行了分析,并且得出发动机B6缸的缸压,并且可以利用软件对缸压曲线进行定量分析。
This paper introduces a direct measurement system for measuring the in-cylinder pressure of a high-power medium-speed diesel engine.The installation of cylinder pressure sensor,the connection of measurement system,the setting of peak value meter and the test results are analyzed respectively.The cylinder pressure of B6 cylinder of engine is obtained,and the cylinder pressure curve can be obtained by software.Quantitative analysis was carried out.
